NHS 111 First project will be a key priority for the NHS Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group during 2021. For urgent, non-emergency treatment the 111 service should be your first point of contact.
By directing residents to 111 they’ll be able to reduce the number of non-emergency visits to our A&E’s services.
A regional campaign is due to start in June/July. In the meantime, they are continuing to promote the service through their social media channels.
